This is a story of Swami Vivekananda I heard from a friend, not sure if it's historically true.

At the Chicago religious summit of 1893, religious leaders from all religions were resting in a common room waiting for the inauguration.

For the lack of space, they all had piled up each other's books one over the other on a small table.

One of those sitting around the table saw his book on top of other books and humorously remarked "See, My book is on top of yours, it in itself signifies the superiority of my philosophy." Others added funny remarks supporting their own.

To which Vivekananda replied, "Mine is the base to all of yours, if you pull mine away all of yours will fall off."
